Full Service Contract with Parts

Preventive Contract

  • Unlimited telephone support or remote maintenance to resolve equipment malfunctions.

Teletraining contract

  • Unlimited operating support, whether for operating agents, site managers, or anyone who needs to work with reports from our Multipark software.

Preventive maintenance

It enables us to anticipate breakdowns and reduce the number of incidents that immobilize equipment. During our preventive visits, we use a list of checks, adjustments, parameter settings and replacement of wearing parts, according to a schedule adapted to the range of equipment.

Corrective maintenance

Carried out after a breakdown or malfunction has been detected, it is designed to restore an item to its original condition. In the event of a major breakdown, over 90% of our contract repairs are completed in less than 8 hours.

Adaptive maintenance

The aim is to upgrade a system if its environment or requirements change. We listen to your needs and provide solutions, and inform you of any changes to be made to your equipment in the event of regulatory changes.

Workshop repairs

Each of our branches has a repair workshop equipped with test benches, tools and spare parts for repairing components and sub-assemblies. If certain components need to be returned to the manufacturer, the agency will take care of this.
