Used in shopping centers, the VA 550 in-line validator allows parking discounts to be granted simply by reading the parking ticket.
This equipment is part of the Orbility® Multipark system.
Functional description
- 1 single ticket to be scanned at time of payment.
- Discount types and amounts are managed centrally (per hour, value, price change, flat rate, %).
- Track discount usage from Multipark reports.
Solution benefits
- Discounts are immediately recorded in the Multipark database after the validator reads the parking tickets.
- Up to 4 discounts can be encoded for the same ticket.
- Up to 999 reductions can be defined, which can be distributed among 255 transmitters (boutiques).
- The touch-screen option allows the cashier to choose from 6 types of discount.
