Yves Schoen is an executive renowned for his expertise in transforming and steering the growth of B2B service companies on an international scale. With over 30 years’ experience, he has led ambitious development strategies, combining organic growth, technological innovation and external expansion in the ICT, electronic security and trading sectors.
Over the course of his career, Yves has held senior management positions of increasing responsibility, notably as a member of Stanley Security’s Executive Committee for the global electronic security business, and as Managing Director of TÜV NORD GROUP’s largest Industrial Services division. He supervised operations in over 70 countries and managed major strategic projects.
His leadership is based on a balanced approach between strategic vision and operational execution, combining financial rigor, innovation and management of multicultural teams. With a civil engineering degree from the Ponts et Chaussées and an MBA from INSEAD, Yves has lived and worked in 7 countries on 4 continents, developing a unique expertise in managing local dynamics and global challenges. French-Swiss and quadrilingual, he embodies an international and pragmatic vision of leadership.
More than 20 years of experience in mobility technology, across public transport, tolling, intelligent transportation systems and parking. Jean-Charles has managed P&Ls of over €100M and teams of more than 600 people. His areas of expertise are strategic repositioning, operational turnaround and digital transformation. Before joining Orbility, Jean-Charles served as Group COO at Lumiplan. Earlier, as Managing Director of the Smart Transport business unit at Flowbird (Arrive), Jean-Charles led the growth of the business and opened new markets such as Open Payments. His career began at Xerox and Conduent, in senior sales and operations roles across Europe and as far as Peru. In Lima, he set up the Xerox subsidiary that operated the city’s public transport ticketing system.
With solid experience in private-equity-backed companies, Jean-Charles knows how to balance shareholder expectations, client satisfaction and team engagement. Now leading the Group’s commercial strategy, Jean-Charles is focused on accelerating Orbility’s growth in France and internationally.
