Orbility are delighted to announce the addition of a new member to our US management team. A few days ago, Jay THURMAN joined Orbilty US as Vice President Operations, overseeing all our US operations, installation and after-sales teams at all our sites, mainly in Atlanta and Philadelphia.
With over 13 years of professional experience in the parking operator sector, Jay has developed a strong expertise in optimizing parking revenues and managing all park operations. Jay has also carried out multiple toll system installations, including a major project to update a flagship commercial and residential building in Atlanta. Operational excellence and service quality have always been key pillars of Jay's expertise. In 2022, Jay received CPP (Certified Parking Professional) certification, and in 2023 was recognized as one of the National Parking Association's most influential professionals under 40.
Jay will focus on customer satisfaction in the US, leadership of the Operations teams at all our sites, particularly in Atlanta and Philadelphia, and in collaboration with the US sales team led by Ruben Miranda, will work to grow the Orbility brand in the US market.
