On Monday, June 29, the Orbility Group took a majority stake in Parking Pro, whose headquarters are in Montreal-Canada, and which becomes a subsidiary of the group under the name Orbility Canada.

Parking Pro designs, sales, and installs Ticketless parking management systems and is also Orbility’s distributor in Canada for its CODEX parking management range.

The commercial relationship between Parking Pro and Orbility began in 2015, enabling the development of our brand in Canada and has resulted in several emblematic projects at Mont Tremblant, the Montreal Olympic Stadium Parks and the Port of Montreal.

At the same time Parking Pro has developed a line of Ticketless INGENIUM SYSTEM products which have been marketed in many car parks in Canada.

The acquisition of Parking Pro is therefore fully in line with Orbility's external growth project guided by geographic and technological growth objectives and will give Orbility Canada the means to expand its business across Canada. The synergies and commercial and technological ambitions motivated the negotiations and the signing of this project between the two companies.

Orbility have high ambitions for the Canadian market, and the creation of Orbility Canada is our first step.

Denis St Pierre and Christophe Sallettaz, the founders and shareholders of Parking Pro, will join the Orbility Group as President and CEO of Orbility Canada, along with the entire Parking Pro team, whose mission will be to commercially develop Orbility Canada and the INGENIUM SYSTEM range with all of our distributors. We therefore welcome them to the ORBILITY group.
