Multipark Management System

The Multipark Central Management System provides complete operational and management control of the car park equipment. The Central Management System is fully scalable and can be used for managing a single car park or for multiple sites.

This equipment is part of the Multipark system.


The Multipark Central Management System includes the following components:

  • EasyMonitor: centralised remote monitoring tool, user friendly and comprehensive.

  • Configurable Graphical User Interface illustrating the real time status of all equipment with clear screen icon indication of equipment alarms or faults.

  • Complete set of remote commands for each equipment type allowing any workstation to:

  • Open or close a barrier, reinitialise any equipment…

  • Activate or inhibit local controls such as a black list.

  • Activate or inhibit local functions such as vouchers, pass cards and decremental cards.

    • Tracking and reporting of car park occupancy. – By area, groups of areas or for the whole car park.

    • For a category of users a group of categories or all categories combined.

    • GUI display counters showing real time occupancy levels and free spaces.

    • Automatic trigger of actions when occupancy reaches aconfigurable thresholds such as turning on a «Full » sign, halting ticket issue or inhibiting entry for some categories of car park users.

  • Total centralisation of the management and configuration of one or multiple car parks from a screen.

  • EasyCamera: integrated license plate management system for subscriber, pre-book and antifraud management.

  • EasyRes: integrated pre-book system. EasyRes allows car park operators to interface their car parks with internet or travel agency reservation systems.

  • The identification of pre-booked users can be done by LPR, reservation code or QR code.

  • EasyTariff: user friendly and comprehensive tariff creation and modification application.

  • EasyTariff allows operators to create their own tariffs in a couple of minutes.

  • EasyWeb Report: user friendly and fully configurable web based generator. It allows operators to create, modify and generate their own reports.

  • Automatic reports or manual printing of financial or statistical reports either for fixed periods (day, month, year) or for date to date periods.

  • EasyBike: motor bike or small vehicles detection with allocation of special tariffs.

  • EasyContract: complete and integrated subscriber management application:

    • Creation/modification of contracts and subscribers

    • Assignment and allocation of pass cards to contracts users (up to 100.000 pass cards).

    • Pass card extensions/renewals.

    • Management and reporting of

  • Management of parking overstay and charges either by payment in the car park or account holder invoice.

  • Comprehensive car park configuration system:

  • Creation and configuration of all equipment.

  • Designation and configuration of parking areas (and nested parking areas if required).

  • Definition and configuration of user categories: date/time of access authorised parking areas (including associated tariffs).

  • Creation and configuration of differential counters occupancy levels thresholds (egg car park full sign).

  • Creation and configuration of miscellaneous parameters.

    • Bank holidays : configure authorisation to car park on those days (up to 14 days).

    • Configure tariffs switches: date and time preset for when the current tariff switches to another one (two dates and times are possible).

  • Configure vouchers including vouchers discount type (amount time, percentage, tariff change, flat fee) and value of discount.

  • Define and configure system user profiles (up to 20 profiles) andauthorised functions; creation of operators with individual passwords (up to 999 operators) and allocation to one of the user profiles.
